Terms & Conditions

• All our desserts are baked fresh to order. Orders are confirmed only after we reply on Instagram or WhatsApp.
• Every order needs about 2 hours to prepare. Dispatch slots run from 5 PM to 9 PM. For urgent orders, please DM us on Instagram or call us.
• Prices on this website are indicative and are confirmed at the time of order.
• Payment is made by UPI after we confirm your order, using the payment details on your order page. Your order is prepared once the payment is verified.
• Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. Please tell us about any allergies when ordering.

Privacy Policy

This website does not store your personal details on any server. Your name, phone number and address are kept only in your own browser to pre-fill the order form, and they are shared with us only when you choose to send your order. We use them only to fulfil your order.

Delivery Policy

• We deliver within a 30 km radius of our store in Chennai and Bengaluru through a third-party delivery partner.
• Delivery is charged by distance from our store (from ₹50 for the first km up to ₹500 for 30 km, rounded up to the next km), calculated from the location you share at checkout. Orders beyond 30 km are confirmed on chat.
• You can also pick up your order from our store, or arrange your own delivery partner to collect it.
• Cookie pies are best enjoyed warm. Reheat for 15–20 seconds in a microwave for that molten centre.

Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the pick-up or delivery time.
• Since everything is made fresh to order, cancellations after that are not eligible for a refund.
• If something isn't right with your order, message us within 2 hours of receiving it with a photo and we'll make it right.
